idk.. I stayed in Shinjuku which was fine. public transport is well connected so you can get to anywhere from anywhere pretty easily

irohasu recommended shinjuku too , gonna have to look at the hotel prices

still... 1 hour train ride from anywhere in tokyo to the 5th Fes venue ....

Shinjuku station will have a lot of connections as it's one of the main hubs

I stayed at hotel mystays nishi Shinjuku. price was decent when I went, breakfast isn't great but available if that's important for you. other than that hotel was good, room was clean, staff friendly
