I didn't really pay much attention to the relationship stuff in Regular Show. Was just there for the shenanigans.

Also Finn did apologize and reconcile with Flame Princess. They are not a couple anymore but they are now back being friends

All I recall of that relationship was the literal self-harm by trying to pursue it, and that it went on too long IMO.

Adventure Time is one of the shows that I recommend tbh... especially since there are a lot of side stories that you can invest in

I still remember watching the Adventure Time pilot YEARS before it became an actual show. It should have stayed that way and dropped the melodrama IMO.

Chowder was a good show, but again it's been years since its final episode and I barely remember anything about it.

yeah I feel like the they started to go way too much on the relationship with Finn and Flame Princess... but I think they did that for a reason

like his break up with Flame Princess is just one of the things that happened... theres his Dad storyline and then Fern and then when he finally found the other humans and his mom

Feels like at some point they suddenly wanted a fleshed out world of sorts and not just rely on the zany weirdness that IMO was the initial appeal of the show.

Cartoon talk i miss lazing about watching them

Chowder, i feel like you gotta watch a good amount of episodes before you can soak and enjoy it. Its one of those shows where it can be TOO random, but i think they nailed it pretty well.

It paired well with other cartoons at the time. I think Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack was on too, that was another fever dream of a show lol

MLP admittedly i was also into it. The music really drew me in. Especially community made ones. Stuff was peak.

Never really got into Regular Show tho. I think i thought it was too dumb lol, which is weird considering i liked Chowder and Flapjack. I rewatched later and its aight. I like the later episodes

I just think that the humor from some of these shows were too forced, or I didn't find they funny, or I was just too empty-head to understand most of jokes.
