Basically, though it's called 'Ice Queen', my aim is to liken it to more of a "Ruler (Queen) of Misfortune". It invokes the power of ice/snow related misfortune.

"A beautiful but conceited, wicked ruler that coldly oppresses its subjects." And its Bankai ups it all to frigid cruelty. "Tyrannical Ice Queen" casts all into an endless, brutal black blizzard.

My katanas... They're a trio: Earth-Elemental "Emerald Dragonclaw", Water-Elemental "Sapphire Dragontail", Fire-Elemental "Ruby Dragonfang."

Each one has to be wielded differently. Emerald uses slashes to invoke cutting flora. Ruby uses stabs to invoke explosive flame. Sapphire uses swipes to invoke torrents of water.

(...what's the difference between slashing and swiping??? I may have to rethink that. )

Absolutely. But to do that requires understanding how each element will interact. And since I've not really gone into depth, my repertoire of actual skills is practically non-existent.

Want to veer to a slightly different observation. Biboo clearly has chosen her favorite skill in Judgement Cut. I think many people come to do that, myself included. But mine isn't weapon related.

...It's magic - specifically the Ultima spells from Final Fantasy Tactics. That's MY personal "Judgement Cut".

feels weird tho... cause i love the whole shattering/breaking themes going on here. but mine focuses on creating dimensional rifts/cracks while fighting

kinda hard to explain but the rifts acts like an immobilize for anyone affected by it

so my fighting style is more of a tank support role... stopping enemies in their tracks while the rest follows up

You'd love using Darkrai in Pokken Tournament. He literally does that, but in a fighting game.

Earliest thing I can think of is Dragonball Z: The Deadzone movie. Garlic Jr. summons the void, and when it's finally dispelled the whole scene shattered like glass.

It did initially, but the whole gimmicky setup was a big sore point for tournament players, so it quickly lost steam.

It got played for years at Pokemon World Championships though, but eventually they had to put it out of pasture.
