But yeah, the OBS trouble... that was pretty clearly some z-buffer shenanigans coming from The Engine Of The Future, and L4D2 hasn't been updated in *years*

It's a little harder to give advice or troubleshooting without knowing some vague details of her current gaming setup, like is she on Nvidia or ATI etc

(Biboo's had some tech issues since her debut; hopefully those delicious YouTube checks can start arriving soon so she can comprehensively upgrade her streaming setup and game rig...)

Possibly. The stream itself sure made it look like a rendering issue, given that it was specific models that were blacked out and blocking *anything* they got in front of, including her own overlay

(I do wish she'd left the VoD up for a little bit to make it easier to review the footage...)

(I get deleting it long-term (and also not really caring about gawking pebbles giving tech advice :V) but it'd be handy to have the VoD to review for exactly what the issue looks like)

Yeah, if she isn't seeing it on her end, it must be something in OBS screwing up; certain game elements not rendering correctly in OBS and just being rendered on top of the overlay layer

I would say it might be a VRAM allocation issue (I remember the early Elden Ring struggles) but she didn't have THAT much going on, and L4D2 is an *old* game...
