Kim telling you to "get your [crap] together" unlocked the "Volumetric [Crap] Compressor" thought, which gives you stat bonuses to try the hanged body again. Don't worry if it's a bit confusing, you're doing great!

Thanks for giving this game a chance Feesh! made me remember why I love this game and why it's so highly rated (it won 17 awards and considered one of the best games made for narrative), I'm gonna play it again myself too
