wawa you set the intensity way too high for your current stamina. should be able to do the levels with good form without taking a break. turn it down to like 10 imo.

ring fit is closer to "functional training" it'll improve movement, which is important for most people, but cardio is what really burns calories. note the meter goes up faster while you're running.
