Apparently SCs gives XP points in prechats now

More changes is no maximum amount of XP per hour in SCs and depending of the value,gives a big boost in the leaderboard

Which could lead to people feeling like they need to spend more money to get noticed or to compete with other people in chat, which could lead to spamming?

Does the XP still not do anything save for putting a number next to your name?

I don't know if the you can only get xp in 3 SC per hour
